My name is Flor Alvarez Taylor, your new School Counselor at Excellence in Leadership Academy. I am here to Counsel, Educate, Advocate and Empower our Future Leaders. Getting to know every student and their family while attempting to meet their needs brings me great joy. My experiences as Teacher, Special Education Counselor and Diagnostician have helped prepare me for this great endeavor of serving our awesome students. Looking forward to a terrific growing year.
