School Principal

Dear staff, students, parents, and ELA community,

It is an honor to serve as your new principal. I have 23 years of educational experience, with
the last two at Excellence in Leadership Academy.

Education, in general, is a career of service, but it is also one of love and respect. This is
something that I take to heart, and I have genuinely felt a team spirit and a fantastic
community here at ELA. Our community consists of educators and staff who are
passionate and determined to enhance children's lives with knowledge, real-world
application of that knowledge, and leadership skills. I have come to learn that our students
benefit from structure and that they enjoy soaking up as much knowledge as they can so
that they will be prepared for what the world holds for them. And I have also come to know
that our parents want their children to learn in a safe environment where their voices are
heard, and their children are encouraged to be the best version of themselves.

I thank you for your trust as we continue to educate our students, and support our staff,
and community.
